Welcome Association Italy (WAI) announces the second edition of the International Roundtable “Women and Diplomacy: Voices from the World,”<\/strong> scheduled for Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.<\/strong> at the Jubilee Hall of LUMSA University.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Uniqueness of the initiative<\/h3>\n\n

The event stands out in the national scene for three qualifying elements:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Intergenerational format<\/strong>: Ambassadors from four continents talk directly with university student delegations<\/strong> who intervene with structured questions at the end of the panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Narrative approach<\/strong>: in addition to the institutional profile, the speakers share personal life and career stories<\/strong>, offering a human and value-based look at contemporary diplomacy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Concrete outcome<\/strong>: the official<\/strong> conference Proceedings<\/strong> (with written contributions of the speakers) will be published on the WAI website and disseminated to embassies, universities and<\/strong> partner associations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
