Convocation of the Extraordinary National Congress of Welcome Association Italy
Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary National Congress of Welcome Association Italy is convened for June 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Grand Hotel Duca D’Este, Via Nazionale Tiburtina, 330, 00019 Tivoli Terme (RM).
The Congress represents a pivotal moment in WAI’s associational life, dedicated to evaluating the course taken, approving the main associational acts and defining the Association’s future lines of development.
The following agenda items will be addressed during the congressional proceedings:
- Report of the National Secretary on the progress of the Association and the main lines of organizational, institutional and membership development of Welcome Association Italy;
- Review and approval of the Association’s new Constitution and Bylaws;
- Appointment and/or confirmation of members of the National Secretariat and the National General Council;
- Ratification of the appointment of the Secretary General;
- Illustration and approval of the Association’s future goals and program lines;
- Miscellaneous.
The Congress will be an opportunity for discussion and direction to consolidate the path taken by WAI and strengthen the Association’s role in supporting, guiding and protecting sign-ups.
